What sort of speeding ticket did you get that required you to post a bond?

    It was a hate crime.

I said speeding, but that's not really accurate. I meant to say traffic ticket. I was unwittingly driving on a revoked license. I changed my address when I moved and managed to give them the wrong address (transposed two numbers), so when my change of address letter was returned to the state in the mail, they revoked my license, unbeknownst to me. I found out by getting busted for a taillight out about three years later and they took me to the hoosegow. $10K bond.

$10K bond for DWSLR is beyond extreme. That's a terrible miscarriage of justice.

I read he was charged with a felony, which would be bullshit, but it would explain the fine.

              Sheesh!

              That's unreasonable.

                Let's pretend it's in reverse.

You have this woman yelling at a Hispanic to leave this country blah, blah, blah. It would go viral if recorded and go on for days.

As for the guy, he was being a punk picking on a kid.

Why pretend? That exact scenario has happened before (albeit with a Muslim instead of a Hispanic). It didn't get nearly this much attention. And around here, it was met with, "Meh, we don't know how it started." But there was no disrespect of Dear Leader involved.
                  Enjoy.

It might have something to do with the fact that Talcum X is a multi-platinum proven liar who has been exposed repeatedly has just having flat-out made shit up, and therefore his credibility in posting some video is called into question.

Well, if whoever you're talking about were the only source for that video, maybe you'd have a point.

Shaun King is no more "black" than Rachel Dolezal and he is most recently known for tweeting about a traffic stop with an actual black person who lied and then the body cam footage directly contradicted the allegation and King's ridiculous claims.

Okay. Let me explain to you how reality works.

I posted a tweet that had a video. That video also appears on many other sites.

Point one: Just because I linked to one source doesn't mean that is the only source.

Point two: Just because someone you have a special disdain for posts something does not make that something wrong or false or dishonest or fake. If Baghdad Bob flopped open a dictionary and read a definition aloud, that would not make that definition wrong.
                            Enjoy.

                              Let's pretend.
Is it worthy of national attention? No.
                              Is it stupid? Yes.

I feel the same way. I might sympathize with the victim slightly more, but crap is crap.
Unless one of the participants here is a person of national influence, or the action is so unusual as to be shocking, I don't see the point to passing it on.

Then again, I don't go searching for videos to try to annoy/inflame others. In fact, I usually don't waste my time watching videos as they rarely contain much worth watching, especially compared to the amount of crap you need to watch to get to the point. My YouTube queue is mostly science videos for work.
