Love me girly muscles. They come in handy for stacking wood and other chores.
I always giggle when we fly and I ignore her when it’s time for her carry on to go into the overhead. Now and then a polite man will offer to help her. She usually thanks them, smiles, and tosses it in.

I started my weight class 10 months ago and have graduated my heavy to 15lbs.May we raise children who love the unloved things - the dandelion, the worm, the spiderlings.
Children who sense the rose needs the thorn and run into rainswept days the same way they turn towards the sun...
And when they're grown and someone has to speak for those who have no voice,

Awesome!! Not sure what the format is for “weight class”. Nutrition and consistency is key to advancement in anything physical. The adaptation that we elders must adhere to is injury prevention. Forced down time is hard to make up.Originally posted by Michele View Post
