    I’m pulling the plug

I have been toying all year with doing a half marathon. Today was my official day one of training. Just need to find time to do the mid week workout. Goal date is end of March. I’m doing the Garmin Jeff Galloway training program. I cheated a bit and did benchmark workout and day two today. I will probably do day 3 tomorrow. It’s a cheat bc that means no rest days in between 4 days of running but I’d hate myself if I had 4 days off and didn’t run during them. Now to decide on the race. So many options!!

Hmmmm. The most I ever did was a 15K. I suppose if you can run 9, you can run 13. But that was a long time ago, and I don't think I'm up for training that hard. Might come applaud though. Will there be mosquitoes?

So far the most I’ve done is a 10K. Although I’ve run 8 in training.

I’d love to come to Alaska for many reasons. Although a trip to Italy is on the agenda for next year and don’t know that I can swing two big trips away from my sister in one year.it’s tempting though. Atlantic City is in May. As is st. Michaels. There’s also Virginia Beach for St. Pattys day.

The ones you have that are the approximate size of a Supercub. Just because you taste too bad to interest them doesn't mean the rest of us can survive being gnawed on by giant mutant venomous* insects.

*Yes, I know they're not really venomous. I don't care. They FEEL venomous.
