In the video above, a young-looking Justin Bieber can be seen telling a shitty joke to some friends. "Why are black people afraid of chainsaws?" he asks, self-satisfied grin on his face. After an off-camera voice urges, "don't even say it," Biebs gets to the "n-word"-laden punchline.

According to Page Six, the video was filmed for the 2011 Bieber biopic Never Say Never, but, for obvious reasons, was left on the cutting room floor. Bieber's team allegedly knew of the clip's existence and offered a payout to keep it from leaking. TMZ is reporting that the pop star was 15 when the clip was filmed.
Wow. I'm pretty thick-skinned about these things, but this is just astonishing.

So the Left will be demanding that Bieber lose his investments in things like Spotify, right? They'll be demanding that So So Def drop Bieber, right? Right?

    Any minute now.

By "lose" do you mean "sell at a profit"?
    Enjoy.

I mean "force to sell, whether he wants to or not."

He was 15. I can forgive a judgment error at 15. It's what they do after that that tells the story of his character....I'm not impressed by the Biebs and his character...

If he has a position with Spotify that carries some weight of representation and Spotify decides he should lose that position, then they are within their rights to remove him from that position. And, depending on contractual arrangements, that may or may not involve selling some ownership. But selling something is different than losing something.
          Enjoy.

I agree, but I think the pattern of behavior is being established at that age. I say that because apparently this is not the first time Canada's shame has used racist language in a video. And one or both incidents were actually put out there by the "Bieber camp" to "get ahead of this getting out", which makes me wonder how much other racially insensitive stuff he may have been caught doing in the past.

Well he has some choices to make.

He can join the KKK and then use the KKK to get him elected to a position where the real money is made, then reform his ways in his old age. That way he'll be celebrated both while he's living a cushy life and be enshrined as some civil rights hero. Or he can be a conservative and be forever branded as "racist" and have people literally spit on his grave.

So which path would you choose?
