    Doin' the Dempster to Tuktoyaktuk

    Actually the Dempster and the Inuvik Tuktoyaktuk Highway. 887 kilometers of gravel road ending at the Arctic Ocean in Canada.

    We'll take a few days to drive the Taylor highway through Chicken, Alaska and across the Canadian border to Dawson City. Then the real adventure begins. The road conditions are variable depending on the amount of precipitation. We will take the ORKA (the truck camper) but not tow KINI (the jeep) I'll put a platform on the front receiver hitch and take an extra propane tank, 6 gallon Jerry can of diesel, and a second spare tire.
