Very disturbing. Thanks for putting it up.

Edit: I wonder when YouTube will put it down.

I've wondered why Fauci et al. have been so eager to praise remdesivir, which has shown encouraging but limited results (decreases the stay in a hospital from 15 to 11 days! or the like) while dismissing dramatic and widespread results for hydroxychloroquine + zinc etc as "anecdotal."

Not to mention the much more ominous problem of the government's power to coerce silence. I dimly recall a similar controversy several years ago—was it in Wisconsin?—in which the government could have a field day with your life, violating all manner of Constitutional rights, and all the while make it illegal for you to even reveal you were the subject of an "investigation."

If this machinery can be turned to line the pockets of individual apparatchiks, we are in very deep doo-doo.

I've been pointing for a long time at Andrew Weissmann, calling him Beria, and so on, for his abusive treatment of Manafort and Stone and the gratuitous molestation of their wives. But maybe he's just part of a larger problem.

Hard to know what to believe anymore. If Fauci is complicit, why make it so obvious? I mean, wouldn't he be trying to hide his part in all this?

I believe the problems outlined in this video because I've seen them in action. Not for medical stuff but for other scientific pursuits. The degradation of peer journals spiraling down to nothing more than a back-slapping clique of true believers. The devastating influence of grant-grabbing on research. The shut-down/shut-out lines of research that either contradict the narrative or have no immediate profits or patent potential.

It's sickening. And it happens constantly and openly.

Although I put this up and it's a polished piece of editing but a wonderful tinfoil hat piece. Example!! Suramin. She makes it sound like it's a wonderful therapeutic for Autism and is being withheld because there's no money to be made by big pharma on a 100 year old drug. That's her example of why Hydroxychloroquine was downplayed as a treatment for COVID.

There's one study of Suramin and Autism that I could fine. It included 10 people only and was double blind so only 5 got the drug. All five developed a rash so it was easy for the parents to tell whether their child was on the med or placebo. Much of the "positive" results was subjective input from the parents.

Doubt greets reports of suramin’s promise for treating autism

The statement about Ebola is a farce as well.

She also receives funding from the children's health defense fund, which is an aggressive anti-vaxxer group. Yet she says she's not an anti-vaxxer.

Make up your own mind but I'm giving this video a four tinfoil hat rating.

In art/music circles, too. Now, my close involvement with music in NY is over thirty years ago now, but I remember some bitter grousing among the academic composer crowd (as opposed to the pop music songwriter rabble ) about prizes, grants, commissions and the rest circulating among a relatively small club of insiders.

Conspicuously ignored, of course, and for generations, was any consideration of the wider audience. It was music that examined music, you could say. We called it "squeak-fart" music.

That (Frosty's last post) doesn't deny the state that peer reviewed journals, funding, and access have devolved into these days.

We can't know much if we stop or defund people pursuing lines of inquiry outside the currently 'received text' of whatever it is. The acid test is publication and replication. Of course, you can't get any interest in replication if you can't get published to begin with and you can't get published unless you aim to follow the herd.

If you do somehow slip by because your subject matter appears arcane or trivial, if it disputes the accepted narrative, you'll be castigated and marginalized. This is a willful act on the part of gatekeepers - it isn't level-headed decision making based on merit or potential and certainly not on the validity of the methods used.

Apparently that virus has infected plenty of other regions.
