    Why not Bomb Turkey?

It does offer training camps to support ISIS and direct artillery support against the Kurds as well. Stomping their asses might get them to start thinking.

Bombing Turkey makes it hard to find the pieces let alone carve properly.
I hear deep frying is good but you can't stuff it if you want too do that and you won't be able to make gravy.
    I'll stick with oven baked.
    We are so fucked.

I don't know about air strikes, but my Uncle said the first thing you learn when serving as part of a NATO force (he was in Korea and Viet Nam) is: DON'T FUCK WITH A TURK.
"Since the historic ruling, the Lovings have become icons for equality. Mildred released a statement on the 40th anniversary of the ruling in 2007: 'I am proud that Richard’s and my name is on a court case that can help reinforce the love, the commitment, the fairness, and the family that so many people, Black or white, young or old, gay or straight, seek in life. I support the freedom to marry for all. That’s what Loving, and loving, are all about.'." - Mildred Loving (Loving v. Virginia)

Sorry CC having served in a forlorn hope where we were expected to play with explosives that EOD and the SEALs had certified as too dangerous for them I am not impressed. Just carpet bomb with FAEs during the day and follow up with bunker busters and gunships at night until the survivors are shaking too bad to put their fingers in the trigger guards just like Tinian and casualties on our side.

Ideally using firecracker rounds day and night will do the trick with at least one round per sq. ft. instead of one round per sq. yd would be even better because nearly all of the opponents would survive as psych casualties but it would be a public relations disaster.

It really doesn't work that way, you'll kill more civilians than combatants and that would be a very bad thing to do to a NATO ally.

Agreed. What's needed are cherry bomb explosive power sized sub-munitions something that has been needed and possible since the after action reports came in on Tinian but congress is unwilling to fund it. So unless an ISIS sanctuary and Kurdish genocide is preferable it's the only game in town.

Not just a NATO ally, but a friendly to the US country that is (still) somewhat secular in nature and has let us use them to launch strikes against ISIS, right?

True, we still use Incirlik Air Base and that certainly would go away if we attacked Turkey.

After we do it, we should invoke Article 5 and invade Texas.

It's so funny that you choose to live in a place you hate so much.
