If only she were a Conservative male

They need to know but we don't

Nashville shooter Audrey Hale’s manifesto is a “blueprint on total destruction” which the FBI are stalling releasing, according to local politicians, who describe its contents as “astronomically dangerous”.

Almost a month after Audrey Hale — who identified as transgender — killed six at the city’s Covenant elementary school before being shot by police, authorities have yet to release a motive or any of the writings seized from her home, despite growing pressure.
    ...
Twenty journals, five laptops, a suicide note and various other notes written by Hale were seized from the house she shared with her parents as well as two memoirs, five Covenant School yearbooks and seven cellphones, according to a search warrant.

Metro Nashville Council Member Courtney Johnston confirmed to The Post the FBI has already ruled the manifesto would not be released in its entirety.

“What I was told is, her manifesto was a blueprint on total destruction, and it was so, so detailed at the level of what she had planned,” she said, when reached by phone.

“That document in the wrong person’s hands would be astronomically dangerous,” she added.

Johnston said “parts” of Hale’s writings would eventually come out, but added she feels “the vast, overwhelming majority of it,” presented too much of a danger to the public.

    ...

Former police officer-turned author and adjunct professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice Joseph Giacalone said the public “has a right to know” what’s in the manifesto “even if it’s heavily redacted,” but believes authorities are worried about the effect releasing it could have.

“I think what the FBI is really concerned here with, and I think law enforcement, is that if there is something in there that is truly damaging for the transgender community, I think they are hesitant to do it because they are afraid of a violent backlash against that protected class of people.”

The part I bolded is where I believe the truth lies. FSM forbid that a confused woman's rantings be released that would tarnish the 87 gender Crayola colored rainbow movement. I guess it is safer to just assume that they are all bat shit crazy and interact with them accordingly.

Well, you already know that I trust the FBI about as far as I can throw them - in the aggregate, and left-handed - and I kind of doubt that this person was either brilliant or organized enough to put together an effective "blueprint for total destruction." OTOH, there may be bits and fragments in it that some other loonytunes could pick up and use to do some damage. Probably nothing thhat couldn't be found on the internet, with a modicum of perseverance.

I recognize that it's somehow comforting to some to be able to label this homicidal and clearly self-destructive miscreant and use that as an excuse to "just assume that [members of the group with which the person identified] are all bat shit crazy and interact with them accordingly," but it's stupid. Most transgender-identified people, even if crazy, do not commit mass murder (or any other violence) and most mass murderers are not transgendered or so self-identified. Like "incels" and religious fanatics, they use the identity as an excuse for their behavior, but rational people don't have to buy into that.

None of which justifies different treatment of this case from similar others. If the FBI would release a racist screed by a Dylan Roof type, or a survivalist manifesto by a paranoid militia nut shooter, they should release this information as well. Only if it contains a formula for easily making a hydrogen bomb out of common household items would withholding it be justified.

Forgot the /sarcasm after the "just assume..." part. There are certainly exponentially more non-violent than not individuals in any group and while I may tend to avoid groups or gatherings of like minded people (whatever that mind may be because I don't care for any group of people all that much) I am not going to not be cognizant when a potential threat is made by any of them.
As an old white male, I would have to be severely brain damaged to walk alone in certain areas regardless of the weaponry I could choose from.

I am not going to be around a rally of, how did they put it, protected class people especially if it would appear I don't fit in with that protected class. Recipe for potential disaster.

And I doubt there are more confused psycho individuals by percentage now than 10 years ago, but you can't say they have become more pacifistic over time either.
      We are so fucked.

I don’t know. There may be “blueprints” for how to hit a soft target like a school. It may be because transgendered are enough of a targeted group that it doesn’t make sense to add fuel to the fire right now. I just don’t know. But if the writings point to a motive I think we’re entitled to know that.

I'm with Celeste on this one. The FBI cannot be trusted and it's inconceivable that this sicko could come up with something more dangerous than what is publicly available by visiting the military section of any library. I think they are covering up some inconvenient perspectives a trouble person of a protected class said. As Celeste says, that should be released just as the motives of anti-abortion domestic terrorists and racist mass murderers were released.

The FBI is playing politics and picking sides.

So after these many months some of this manifesto have been made public. The initial reaction by authorities was to cast doubt on the authenticity of the published material, but that has been put aside now.

This headlines captures only part of the grim implications here:

Nashville Trans Shooter Couldn’t Spell White Privilege, But Knew She Hated It | Frontpage Mag

Audrey Elizabeth Hale, who called herself Aiden Hale in her fantasy life as a male, was a product of what the Left has done to education. She couldn’t spell “white privilege,” but she knew it was evil, and was determined to do her part to eradicate it from the face of the earth. On March 27, 2023, she took a rifle into Nashville Covenant School, a Christian school in that city, and murdered three nine-year-old children and three adults, one of whom was black. Audrey Hale epitomizes what the Left inculcates into America’s children: bitter hatred and envy, violence, gender confusion, and abysmal ignorance of what everyone used to take for granted as necessary to learn in order to function well in society.

Ever since her mass murders, Hale’s “manifesto” has been a closely guarded secret. On Monday, however, political commentator Steven Crowder released several pages of this manifesto, making it clear that Hale acted out of hatred for Christians, white people and the wealthy, three groups the Left very much wants us all to hate. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) officials initially refused to confirm that what Crowder had released was authentic, but Nashville Mayor Freddie O’Connell confirmed the authenticity of Crowder’s material indirectly by directing that an investigation be initiated into how exactly Crowder got hold of this information.

Chowder's page has some images available, We have obtained EXCLUSIVE access to the Nashville Covenant shooter's manifesto - Louder With Crowder

            For example,

            image.jpg?id=50402557&width=600&quality=80.jpg

            image.jpg?id=50402562&width=600&quality=80.jpg

Quite a journal. The second page above Front Page helpfully transcribes:

One page of Hale’s writings said in its entirety:

            Kill those kids!!!

            those crackers

            going to fancy private schools

with those fancy khakis + sports backpacks

w/ thier [sic] daddies [sic] mustangs
            + convertibles.

            f**k you little s**ts

I wish to shoot you weaka**

d**ks w/ your mop yellow hair

Wanna kill all you little crackers!!! Bunch of little faggots

            w/ your white privlages [sic]

            f**k you faggots

            And comments,

... it sounds all the right notes as far as today’s cultural Left is concerned: the hatred and contempt for middle-class white people, the violent thirst for revenge for imagined wrongs, the idea that having a certain level of material possessions is an indication of moral evil – it’s all straight out of the Marxist grab-bag of resentment and hate that is foisted upon our children in schools all over the country these days.

It’s understandable in light of this that the authorities, all Leftists themselves or cowed and cowardly slaves of Leftists, kept this manifesto covered up for so long. Back in April 2023, TBI Director David Rausch lied outright about Hale’s rantings, claiming that “the killer did not write about specific political, religious or social issues.”

Why would Rausch lie so brazenly? Because he, or those who ordered him to lie, knew that if this manifesto ever did see the light of day, it would lead people to think that maybe pumping confused young girls with testosterone and filling them with class resentment and hatred is a recipe for disaster. Rather than allow for a large-scale reconsideration of the Left’s insane and destructive social agenda, Rausch and whoever orders him around opted to leave the public in the dark, risking future murders like the ones Hale committed, in order to preserve the Left’s empire of gender fantasy.

David Rausch's lie is reported here, TBI director shares new details on The Covenant School shooter's manifesto (newschannel5.com) (Emphasis added.)

...Authorities have yet to release what was written publicly. But TBI director David Rausch did talk candidly about the contents of the manifesto at a Tennessee Sheriffs' Association meeting. Rausch said what police found isn't so much a manifesto spelling out a target but a series of rambling writings indicating no clear motive.

Investigators searched the Nashville home of the Covenant School shooter leaving with among other things — a number or handwritten journals, some videos and computer hard drives. Rausch told sheriffs that the review so far of the material finds that the killer did not write about specific political, religious or social issues. In fact, a primary focus in the journals is on idolizing those who committed prior school shootings.

She appears to have followed their lead planning for months and acted alone.

Scott Augenbaum — a former FBI agent — says federal agents, the TBI and police will be thorough.

"We have teams scouring the internet, social media, talking to friends, seeing what the motivation is for this. Who was behind this, what kind of clues we can learn from this?"

Certainly more details will emerge. But at this point, Rausch indicated it does not appear the shooter wrote of any particular agenda regarding politics or to target a specific person or religion. So, for now, a clear motive remains a mystery.

There are many rumors and unconfirmed conclusions fed by conspiracy theories. But none of them have yet been confirmed by actual facts.

"More details will emerge," and indeed they did. Mr. Rausch, and by association Scott Augenbaum, representing the FBI, and by implication the entire government apparatus, just lied their asses off.

Lying wasn't necessary. They could've refused to disclose. Lying is arrogance.

The Front Page writer, Robert Spencer, focuses on the political:

Why would Rausch lie so brazenly? Because he, or those who ordered him to lie, knew that if this manifesto ever did see the light of day, it would lead people to think that maybe pumping confused young girls with testosterone and filling them with class resentment and hatred is a recipe for disaster. Rather than allow for a large-scale reconsideration of the Left’s insane and destructive social agenda, Rausch and whoever orders him around opted to leave the public in the dark, risking future murders like the ones Hale committed, in order to preserve the Left’s empire of gender fantasy.

Even today, otherwise sane news outlets such as the Post Millennial are referring to Hale as “they,” as if there were many of her, and maybe in terms of the demons that possessed her, she was Legion, for they were many. Others are referring to her by male pronouns, without the slightest moment of reflection that maybe it was all the pandering to delusion and madness that led her to desire to commit mass murder in the first place.

But now we know. Audrey Hale is a classic product of American society and Leftist indoctrination today. And she should, poor soul, remain in death a rebuke to and repudiation of that indoctrination, as others step back from the precipice and stop taking the Left’s brutalization of reality in preference to reality itself. That, at least, would make Audrey Hale’s life not entirely a tragic and horrific waste.

And he has a point. I find it sad that this lie also closed a door on investigating the effects of drugs. I'd like to look closely at the killer's words, "I'm a little nervous, but excited too. Been excited for the past two weeks."

It's become increasingly difficult to follow allowable verbiage in the gay community. The shooter is portrayed as transsexual. Does that automatically make someone part of the LGBTQ+ community and if so what is the new meaning of faggot, the reference she used for children of white privilege?

Yep. So here's a trans person flinging nasty invectives about like "faggot." It's confusing. To me it means unfocused rage, dressed up as some political view.

I don't mean to suggest he wasn't gunning for exactly those he shot. Dylann Roof certainly meant to target blacks. But I doubt the murderous rage has any grounding in personal grievance. I'm imaging a free-floating fury that lands on a sujet du jour like flies on manure.

May we raise children who love the unloved things - the dandelion, the worm, the spiderlings.
Children who sense the rose needs the thorn and run into rainswept days the same way they turn towards the sun...
And when they're grown and someone has to speak for those who have no voice,
may they draw upon that wilder bond, those days of tending tender things and be the one.
