SHOCKING! David Axelrod lied. (insert surprised look here)

Q: "[David,] what do you think about Bill Daley not knowing about the server? Is that unusual? Is that an issue?"
A: "Well, I - I think it - it is unusual: he was the chief of staff. I confess I didn't.... You know, I was the senior advisor, I was there, I didn't know that/"
Q: "So if you did find out when you were there, would you say 'Hey! Whoa! Wait a minute. Guys, should we all talk about this?'"
A: "I might have asked a few questions about that."

It's so funny how rules just do not matter to these government employees. No wonder they favor big government, they don't have to worry about all the bureaucracy. They can just do what they want.

      It's their sense of entitlement.

"I'm working for a greater good.. I don't have to follow the rules"

Same shit applies to the global warming/climate change zealots.

"I can change the data or ignore what doesn't fit my model because I'm working for the greater good"

The list goes on and on and on, yet...

The same people will rant about religious zealots or whatever
Robert Francis O'Rourke, Democrat, White guy, spent ~78 million to defeat, Ted Cruz, Republican immigrant Dark guy and lost
      But the Republicans are racist.

Of course. It's the same argument idiot progressives have against putting "the rich" in charge, all while they support candidates who are either very very rich themselves or funded by very very rich people.

Do as I say, not as I do - virtually all politicians now are card-carrying members of this party.

Left-leaning people today hate populism with a vengeance (aside from the "right" populism) but they keep feeding the beast and are shocked that normal people get with the program. Well, they are shocked that some people get with it. The wrong people.

I'm not a fan of populism since unlike a lot of people, I actually read history. Not a lot good comes from it. However, when leaders engage in blatant law-breaking and put on the cloak of privilege in the name of common good to force the populace to accept a variety of erroneous decrees that cover a huge span of issues, it's hard not to be against it.

It's always ugly and violent but ugly, violent things are happening anyway. We'll see.
