    Trump Stupidity

    A place for Trump stupidity.

If you are going to commit massive fraud by getting 3-5 million illegals to vote for Clinton, why wouldn't you do it in Texas?

Are you sure one thread is going to be big enough?

That does bring up a question. What if they discover fraud and it was what gave Trump the election?

Note that I'm not expecting it, but what do you think should and would happen (two separate things) if it did?

He doesn't seem to be interested in checking out states where he won, for some reason.

Are you suggesting that 3 million illegal aliens would vote for the man voicing his desire to remove them from the country, Seriously?

No. I doubt that there is a significant amount of fraud at all. Which is why I said I was not expecting it.

But as a hypothetical, it interested me.

Did California make voter registration automatic with driver license application/renewal? Does California allow illegal aliens to get driver licenses?

Only they are eligible to vote. Otherwise, like legal aliens, they don't get registered.

Do you know what the process is when an illegal gets a driver's license. How is the fact they are illegal disclosed? I know that many who work hide their illegal status with fact papers and such. So what mechanism is in place to prevent an illegal from getting registered?

I don't know. How do they determine that a person registering separately is not an illegal alien? Ie a legal one for that matter

The law forwards the information from the drivers license application to the sec state's office for a registration application. If the qualifications for voter registration are not met, then the person is not registered.

California allows illegal aliens to get an "AB 60 driver's license" which is clearly marked as such and IS NOT VALID AS IDENTIFICATION FOR ANY PURPOSE. It is only valid for operating a non-commercial vehicle on California roads. Information from the DL application is transmitted to the California Secretary of State, where citizenship and other factors of eligibility (such as not having lost civil rights through felony conviction) are verified before registering the DL applicant to vote.
"Since the historic ruling, the Lovings have become icons for equality. Mildred released a statement on the 40th anniversary of the ruling in 2007: 'I am proud that Richard’s and my name is on a court case that can help reinforce the love, the commitment, the fairness, and the family that so many people, Black or white, young or old, gay or straight, seek in life. I support the freedom to marry for all. That’s what Loving, and loving, are all about.'." - Mildred Loving (Loving v. Virginia)
