He forgets he's not debating candidate Trump, he's debating President Trump. He tried the "bury them with facts" tactic and stumbled.
Then Biden tried the "we did things different" and Trump responded. Not well, and he didn't articulate the point well, but for those playing the inside baseball about North Korea it neutered ole' Joe's foreign policy "gravitas."
